Shipping & Packaging

We take great care in packing every order so it arrives quickly and safely.

Items sold on our website ship from our off-site warehouse, or as preorders that release at a later date.

Orders that include preorders will ship once all items in the order are released and available. If you’d prefer available items to ship sooner, feel free to contact us at info@arcskate.com and we’ll be happy to help arrange split shipping.

Records are packed specifically designed to protect vinyl during transit.

Signature Confirmation

For orders valued at $200 or more, we reserve the right to add signature confirmation at delivery to help ensure your package arrives safely.

Delivered but Missing Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

While we are not able to refund or replace orders that are stolen after delivery, we’re always happy to help you file a claim or follow up with the carrier when possible. Please note that if UPS or FedEx provide a delivery confirmation photo, reimbursement from the carrier is unlikely.

International Orders

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
